The successful candidate must have prior success in problem solving to sell technical solutions to top management and technical users of small to large organizations in a competitive market. Develop, drive, and expand our market presence in direct outside sales channel to sell a cutting edge Active Directory management product that sells itself. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your sales and leadership career! You will be responsible for driving sales in a consultative and customer focused environment. Successfully developing leads and making sales will allow you to get paid what you are worth and control your own paycheck through our aggressive uncapped commissions structure. You must have 2+ years of sales experience where you have sold against incumbent vendors in a short sales cycle where results are key.
- Build, develop and work your pipeline
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers by continuously prospecting for new leads
- Participate in sales training, periodic meetings & execute daily sales strategy
- Have accountability for your funnel activity including prospecting, contacts, presentations and sales
- Identify prospective customers for CionSystems and develop creative selling strategies
- Educate potential customers on CionSystems products, service offerings, and newest promotions
- Involvement in prospecting and networking activities to increase new business development

- Previous experience in sales within outside sales channels in a fast paced environment
- Superior analytical and client service skills
- 2+ years of sales experience in fast paced, business- to-business environments such as telecommunications, wireless, or other technology related field
- Self starter with an ability to grow and learn in a fast-paced start up environment
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Out of the box prospecting abilities
- Established professional network in local community preferred
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, unstructured work environment
- Strong and effective communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must possess strong communication skills, a strong worth ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
